Pre-delivery management – making sure that purchased materials are shipped per job specifics: cable cuts, reel sizes are manageable to handle manually on site
Storage – setting up storage space to comply with material storage requirements – indoor, controlled environment, etc.
Delivery – coordinating receipt of material on site – accessibility time manpower required.
Tracking – track material in and out of stock as per installation area.  Ensuring material counts as required per engineering design.
Spares – administration of RMAs and exchanges.
